Looking for a non-smoking roommate to share a three bedroom apt. We
are two males seeking a third
person to share a three-bedroom apartment right on Commonwealth Avenue
in Brighton. This apartment is right on the MBTA B line,there is a T
stop, Chiswick Road Station, which is in front of our building, and
within walking distance to the 86 bus to Sullivan Square (via Harvard
Square), the C line, the D line, and the 51 bus to Forrest Hills.
There is ample on street resident parking, as well as a possible off
street space for an additional $150 a month. This is a spacious 6
room apt (three bedrooms, eat in kitchen, bathroom, living room-plus a
small foyer) on the top floor of a beautiful, old 6-floor building
that has hardwood floors, and decretive molding around the entire apt, and it has a great view Sunsets are able to be viewed 9 months of the year, overlooking a small but very cute park , Bluestone Park.
The rent is $560 a month, which includes heat and hot
water. electricity and gas for the stove are additional, and those
bills usually come to about $30 - 60 ,per month depending upon the time of year.
I have DSL, so if you need internet service I’m more than willing to share the cost which is just an additional $ 15.00 yet another bargain.
The neighborhood is a mix of young and Old, professionals and students, and despite being a haven for off campus BC students, the area is rather quiet, clean and quite
safe. Also, if Your of the athletic sort we have a Reservoir that is a block away from the apt which is a great place to Run ,Walk , roller blade and bike, we are within walking distance to Cleveland Circle, which has a movie theater, nice restaurants, as well as some stores. We are
both working professionals, nonsmokers who tend to be on the quiet
side. Also, while dogs are not allowed in the building, we can
accommodate other pets. I have kittens that are house broken and are very affectionate.
We are looking for someone to move in pretty much by January 1st why not start your year off right and get into this very great deal in many ways.
