All our apartments include all the utilities (Heat, Hot water, Water, Trash and Electric). The apartments are newly renovated with cherry oak cabinets, brand new all black appliances, fixtures, flooring, bathrooms and windows! We are at an amazing location, a crosswalk away from the MBTA bus 11, less then a mile to two different red line T stops and 2 miles from downtown Boston! We are almost exactly in the middle of JFK/UMass and Andrew Square stops. We are minutes to 93 and the Mass Pike and the best part is we are right across the street from the beach. We require a $50 application fee and a $500 security deposit at move-in. Our leasing office is open from 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday for tours.We have an on-site laundry facility, a brand new fitness center and a brand new business center!
