Post-punk art collective the Residents harnessed the power of anonymity long before a certain anarchic internet force gained notoriety. For more than 40 years, the avant-garde troupe of musicians have been delivering their multimedia-enhanced, idiosyncratic performances incognito, usually donning snappy tuxedos and enormous eyeball masks. The Residents push the boundary between theater and music, constantly evolving and breaking new frontiers. Although we can’t guarantee optical headgear (but we’re betting on it), we can promise a show you won’t soon forget.
