Be still our hearts. When we hear the words “lobster festival,” we get all a-flutter. Which is why we’ll be heading to the Kowloon Restaurant (Route 1 North, 948 Broadway, Saugus), where their Lobster Fest is in high gear through August 21. For a mere $21.95, diners are treated to a pair of lobsters prepared any number of ways, including boiled, steamed with ginger and scallions, stir-fried, Thai-style, and more.
