DOWNTON ABBEY :Seasons 1 & 2 Limited Edition Set — Original UK Version :: $59.99 :: What is America's obsession with this show? Maybe it's our preoccupation with the murkily glamorous world of the British aristocracy (the closest we've got are the Kardashians, who are terrible enough to make us yearn for the days when knobby-kneed Hiltons roamed the pop culture landscape). Or maybe because it's salacious in all the right ways, and Maggie Smith gives Dinklage a run for his money for most awesome aristocrat on the tube. Either way, the period drama has become a singular cultural phenomenon and made PBS relevant again.
