Boston invades Coachella -- 2011 lineup announced!

Finally, the lineup for the 2011 Coachella Music & Arts Festival way out in Lakerville, California, has been announced!

Rumors spread last night that the official lineup would be revealed sometime today, and it looks like organizers wanted to get word out before the snowstorm hit Boston. Nevermind whispers of the Rolling Stones, the Strokes or Pulp; this year's slate looks delish, if not decidedly Central Square-ish. But hey, where's the Pixies? Or Doomstar!? (Interrobang alert!) Or even Bang Camaro or Sidewalk Driver or ...the Cignal??? Thankfully, our sources say Kevin Garnett is the guest MC.

Tickets to the April 15-17 festival, which is shaping up as a Brochella for the ages, are on sale now.
